Founded in 2017, HModa is the luxury industrial hub that brings together some of the most virtuous companies in high fashion manufacturing. The group now includes 18 Italian SMEs specialising in B2B, engaged in the production of garments and accessories for the most prestigious luxury brands worldwide. An independent Italian project, HModa stands out as a solid, long-term business venture, capable of bringing together excellent and strategically complementary companies in a vertical and comprehensive offering.
HModa is a project of Holding Industriale (HIND), an industrial group founded by Claudio Rovere in 2008 that supports and accompanies the growth of innovative and responsible entrepreneurs committed to developing a unique project for the industrial ecosystem and local areas.

Led by entrepreneur Claudio Rovere, HModa adopts an industrial model in which entrepreneurs and managers work side by side, combining strategic vision and expertise.
At the heart of the HModa project is an ambitious but structured vision, geared towards creating synergies and integration: between the companies in the group, which share know-how and resources to create unique creations, and between these companies and the managers of the Holding, in a continuous process of exchange and dialogue.
The resources generated by the group are reinvested in the project itself, strengthening the industrial vision and ensuring sustainable development over time.
Rooted in the values of Italian manufacturing tradition, HModa is constantly evolving, preserving the entrepreneurial spirit that constitutes its original essence.

Business Units organisation

The organisational structure of HModa’s Manufacturing division is divided into four business units.
The Business Units are organisational entities with strategic responsibility for their respective product areas, and they also coordinate operations within those areas in order to maximise potential collaboration between the companies within the BU, achieve the most appropriate synergies, propose investments deemed necessary for the area, and identify areas for potential cost optimisation.
